Role Description:

- EvinceDev (Evince Development) is looking for Talented candidates as per the requirements described here.

- Following are the Brief points of the Job Requirements.

- Develop and update HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and industry best practices.

- Ensure consistent application and enforcement of HR policies across the organization.

- Conduct investigations into employee complaints and concerns.

- Employee Relations: Serve as the point of contact for employees, resolving inquiries and HR issues.

- Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.

- Involved in Employee grievance Retention of Employee Exit formalities of an Employee.

- Conduct regular performance reviews and facilitate the goal-setting process.

- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.

- Plan for Employee Engagement activities, CSR activities, Sports Activities every month.

- Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and selection.

- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment.

- Compose job offer letters and Implement effective onboarding programs for new hires.

- Arranging Campus drive , Co-ordinating with TPOs.

- Collaborate with finance to manage budgeting for HR-related expenses.
