Job Description
- Lead a team of Mobile based application developers through the full life cycle of complex projects
- Mentor consultants and junior team members
- Design and develop reusable objects based on company security standards and best practices
- Work with our business partners to review requirements
- Build detail level designs for new functionality as well as migration of legacy technology to the latest technologies
- Work with QA team to review test cases and automated test plans
- Perform code reviews
- Adhere to the pre-defined Project Management methodology
- Mobile applications deployment procedure to Play Store and Apple Store
- Aware about Github, SourceTree or any version control for managing the source code
- Hands on experience with Project Management Systems like ZOHO, Asana, Basecamp, JIRA, etc.
- Coordinate with graphics team to convert the client s requirements and collaborate efficiently with them to deliver good quality design
- Scale solutions to the client s goals and budget
- Maintain and upgrade the code base to make it compatible with latest iOS and Android versions
- Pro-active in terms of requirements understading as well as explaining it to the team members
- Firm grasp of the JavaScript and TypeScript language and its nuances, including ES6+ syntax
- Knowledge of functional or object-oriented programming
- Familiarity with native build tools, like Xcode (CocoaPods), Gradle {{Android Studio, IntelliJ}}
- Understanding of REST APIs, the document request model, and offline storage
- Rock solid at working with third-party dependencies and debugging dependency conflicts
- Hands on experience with programming in React Native 0.72 and above
- Strong knowledge about Redux, Mobx or any other data storage mechanism
- Upgrade RN version or other packages as per the requirement
- Must be aware about the hooks and their usages for state management
- Project Management System experience like ZOHO, Asana, Basecamp, etc
- Deployment process knowledge for submitting the application to Play Store and App Store
- Help junior team members in implementing some complex features
- Intellectual enough for integrating 3rd party libraries and deciding flow for any functionalities
- Efficiently communicate with the clients
- Take firm stand while there s any important and crucial decision making required in any affair
- Project risks and threat analysis upfront to avoid any undesirable situation
- Coordinate with other department team members to drive the project smoothly and achieve the goal
- Aware about best practices for the development and deployment and able to have them implemented for the same
- Drive the project with keeping in mind all security and performance relevant parameters to ensure the product s health and speed
- Experience with automated testing suites, like Jest or Mocha
