Logistics Domain: In-depth knowledge of logistics, supply chain management, and related technologies, demonstrating the ability to bring domain expertise to technical solutions.
Leadership: Proven track record of building and leading high-performing engineering teams, fostering innovation and collaboration.
Strategic Vision: Strategic thinker with the ability to align technology initiatives with business goals and adapt to dynamic market conditions.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to navigate complex technical challenges.
Communication: Excellent communication skills, adept at translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Entrepreneurial Spirit: Thrive in a startup environment, showing resilience, adaptability, and a hands-on approach.
Education: Bachelors or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. MBA or business-related qualifications a plus.
