Job Description

Monitor and evaluate Product changes, software and hardware changes within control units and wireharness, for impacts to CAN tool used in assembly (e.g. door preassembly, seat mounting, ...)
Development of IS-Tester IS-Tester next gen
Managing the changes in 12V power supply
Development of CAN tool configurations for EE component movement in assembly
Development of Software Update Terminals for CIVIC IDC
Assembly planning for new type of electrical/electronics testing and commissioning and end of line
Work closely with Development (RD), Production and Aftersales
Root cause analysis for the defects found during validation and resolution by working with all stakeholders
Support in resolving Production issues
Innovative mindset and learning new technology, as required
Onsite travel to Germany based on demand
Qualifications
Qualification:
B.Tech/M.Tech in ECE/EEE/EI or similar
Relevant experience in Automotive domain
Having good exposure to programming language such as C, Python
Hands on experience on Vehicle and EE architecture
Knowledge on various protocols such as CAN, Ethernet, Flexray
Mandatory experience on CAN protocol, UDS protocol.
OBD and Diagnostics relevant experience will be added advantage
Prior experience in vehicle testing and interacting with plant to resolve production issues is a added plus
Working Knowledge of
o vehicle diagnostics
o assembly process (motorized processes like doors, seats, sun roof, trunk lid, convertible hood, ...)
Personal characteristic and Behaviour:
Strong communication, Interpersonal skills. Team player.
Ability to work with deadlines with minimum supervision
Analytical skills and logical thinking
Adaptability and learning skills. Proactive approach
English Language fluency (in best case some German)
