Compensation during Training: 15000 - 20000 per month

Compensation after Training completion: 4lpa - 6lpa

Position Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and committed interns to join our team at PWIOI Bangalore. The
successful candidates will play a crucial role in providing career coaching and mentoring to
students while also supporting our expansion initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in delivering career coaching sessions to students.
Provide mentoring support to help students develop professional skills.
Contribute to the development and implementation of training programs.
Support various operational tasks at PWIOI Bangalore.
Participate in expansion-related projects as we grow across India.

Qualifications
Final year students or fresh graduates from any discipline (BA/MA in English,
Communication preferred).
Excellent English language skills (both verbal and written).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms.
Enthusiasm for helping others in their career development.
Adaptability and willingness to learn.
