Job Description

We are seeking a talented Healthcare Analytics Consultant with a background in patient services, life sciences, or healthcare analytics to join our team. As a key member of our analytics division, you will leverage your expertise to design and implement advanced analytical solutions, focusing on dashboard design, data visualization, and strategic decision support for our healthcare clients.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with healthcare providers, pharmaceutical companies, and life sciences organizations to understand their data needs and business objectives.
Design and develop intuitive and actionable dashboards and reports that provide insights into patient outcomes, clinical trends, operational efficiencies, and financial performance.
Utilize your expertise in data analysis and statistical modeling to extract meaningful patterns and trends from complex healthcare datasets.
Lead the development and implementation of predictive analytics models to support clinical decision-making, patient engagement strategies, and resource optimization.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including data engineers, IT specialists, and business stakeholders to deliver integrated analytics solutions.
Provide guidance and training to clients on leveraging analytics tools and interpreting dashboard metrics for informed decision-making.
Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in healthcare analytics and data visualization.

Requirements:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Healthcare Informatics, Biostatistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, consulting, or a similar r
