Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide after-sales service support to customers for LED wall, indoor & outdoor LED display products.
  
• Install, repair, maintain, and troubleshoot issues with LED walls and displays.
  
• Offer excellent customer service by resolving queries and concerns promptly.
  
• Ensure timely completion of field service calls and meet project deadlines.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues related to product servicing.
