Job Overview

As a VAS / graphic designer, you will be involved in applying and maintaining the brands visual

identity and standard across all communications and platforms. You will be involved in creating data visuals, illustrations, and layouts that are contextual and communicate the research in a simple effective way. As a member of the in-house design team, you will be engaged in various products as per the brief with varying complexity, range, and types (reports, marketing collateral, social media, presentations, and internal communications). As part of the creative team, you will be required to collaborate and produce creatives to fulfill the design brief.

The candidate must have a work portfolio that shows their relevant work, experience, and

creativity. You should also have experience in executing on different design platforms such as

digital and print forms. Experience in video editing and/or animation is a bonus.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure branding and visual language consistency across all channels. Duties and responsibilities of VAS include:

• Follows in-house style guidelines (design and editorial)
• Produces error-free work
• Demonstrates initiative to take on more responsibilities
• Exhibits good attention to detail
• Participates in creative dialogue and brainstorming
• Contributes and implements design initiatives
• Capable of structuring simple problem solving
• Clearly communicates with internal stakeholders
• Confident about questioning and asking for clarification if needed
• Writes clearly with attention to detail and accuracy
• Absorbs and applies Everest Group style and adheres to guidelines
• Dependable, consistent, and responsive
• Adapts to required changes in work environment

• Involves internal stakeholders appropriately and is able to work collaboratively with them to

• Effective time-management and can performs under pressure (if required)

Technical proficiency

• Proficient/advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat)
• Basic proficiency with PowerPoint and MS Office
• Proficiency in additional Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, XD, Premiere Pro, Audition,
  Figma) is a plus
• Skills and experience in motion graphics, animation, video editing, UI/UX, events, exhibition is
  a plus

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of professional graphic design experience
• Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects
• Excellent listening and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Additional experience in UI/UX, events, exhibitions, and/or videos is a plus
