Factory Manager

Looks after day to day operations of Factory. People management,Production planning, safety complaince, managing dispatches.

Responsibilities:

Oversee Daily Operations: Manage and coordinate all aspects of daily factory operations, including production, quality control, and maintenance.
People Management: Lead and motivate a team of workers, supervisors, and technicians, ensuring effective communication and performance.
Production Planning: Develop and implement efficient production plans to meet customer demands and optimize resource utilization.
Quality Control: Implement and maintain stringent quality control standards to ensure product excellence and customer satisfaction.
Safety Compliance: Prioritize safety and ensure adherence to all safety regulations and guidelines. Conduct regular safety audits and implement necessary measures.
Inventory Management: Oversee inventory control to optimize stock levels and minimize waste.
Dispatch Management: Coordinate and manage the efficient dispatch of finished goods to customers.
Cost Control: Monitor and control production costs, identifying opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
