Job Title: Director Business Operations

Having oversight to daily operations, the Director Business Operations will Lead with having oversight to daily operations of facility, monitor our organizations functions and build processes that meet our business needs. The Director of Business Operations will be responsible for tracking business results, performing cost-benefit analyses and monitoring production KPIs. The Director Business Operations should demonstrate great leadership skills and be able to communicate the vision of the company across all levels and ensure that all business functions are in line with our strategic goals and enable all departments to achieve their targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for performance tracking across all teams within Unifyed - Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, Service Delivery
• Ensure all systems operate smoothly and align with our quality standards.
• Maximize the efficiency of all business procedures.
• Establish departmental KPIs and conduct monthly reviews.
• Vendor management
• Manage BPLP program for team
• Monitor daily operations and address potential issues when they arise.
• Build processes that meet our business objectives and ensure compliance.
• Monitor financial data and recommend solutions that will improve profitability.
• Manage Administration reporting of Indian team
• Ensure half yearly review and annual appraisal cycle is closed on time and within budget
• Consider the needs of external and internal stakeholders and incorporate them into new strategic plans.
• Candidate will be responsible for Board Meeting reporting Deck working closely with CS, Sales, Marketing, Service Delivery & Product
• Responsible for working with TA & BHR - Hiring, updating JD's, Zoho update, LOI, Onboarding, Training Plan, BPLP's etc.

• Leadership and motivational skills: A Business Operations Manager needs to be able to motivate a team and provide specific goals.
• Good communication skills: An effective Business Operations Manager must be able to communicate on different levels with people. Being able to get a message across to staff, superiors and customers is an essential skill that is put to the test daily.
• Problem-solving and conflict management skills: Since most working environments will have some sort of conflict either internally or with clients, the Business Operations Manager will need good conflict management skills to resolve conflicts.
• Accountability: A Business Operations Manager is responsible for a few business aspects, as such he or she needs to have a sense of accountability.
• People management and motivation: Companies only get things done when the staff is motivated. A successful Business Operations Manager knows how to build a strong team and develop positive relationships by understanding and addressing the individual needs of staff.
• Able to work under pressure: Since a Business Operations Manager must look after a few things, there will be stringent deadlines to meet. It is important that a Business Operations Manager can effectively work even under pressure situations. Candidate should be able to manage multiple strategic projects and deliver on standard quality concurrently.
