Area Sales Manager/ Sales Head

Job Description:

We are hiring an Area Sales Manager (ASM) for our new project. The ASM will be responsible for driving sales and expanding the customer base for solar systems. Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing sales operations within the assigned area.
• Managing and mentoring a team of Sales Officers.
• Generating revenue and achieving sales targets.
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Developing and executing strategies to onboard customers for the on-grid solar system.
• Exploring all sales opportunities, including door-to-door visits, organizing and participating in physical campaigns, and field-level customer interactions.
• Managing the team effectively while also working independently to onboard customers and meet targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in sales, team management, revenue generation, and customer relations.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading teams effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage a team while working as an individual contributor when required.
• Experience with field sales activities such as door-to-door campaigns and physical marketing campaigns is essential.
• Knowledge of renewable energy or solar products is an added advantage.
• 2 wheeler / 4 wheeler license and vehicle is mandatory.

Pay: ₹25,000 - ₹45,000 per month (based on experience) + Incentives + TADA
