Job Title - A.V.P - MUNICIPAL - Western India ID

- Reports to MD Reportees

Department - Sales & Marketing

Location - Gujarat or Maharashtra

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Profit Centre Head

- Achieve Quarterly and Annual Revenue goals in Western Indian Municipal market

- Attain set goals of profitability from the operations in West India

- Team Management

- Build a strong Team

- Manage Team by guiding and monitoring performance

- Manage Tender business

- Assess Budgetary allocations of Staes and Depts for various Projects-identify specific opportunities and initiate work with the relevant stakeholders to get our products into the project scope

- All Pre tender activities

- Revenue and Collections

- Internal coordination for document approvals, Order intake, timely Production and supplies

- Prompt Collections

- Business Development & Customer relationship

- Maintain excellent relationship with existing and potential customers and key decision makers such as Consultants, EPC Contractors, End Users in various Municipal /Govt. bodies

- Register our Company as approved vendor with all potential buyers

- Grow customer base

- Market intelligence and respond with strategies as necessary to sustain our wins

- Make Product presentations, make personal and virtual contacts with customers and decision makers, participation in exhibitions/conferences as appropriate.

Education requirements and Skills :

- B.Tech/ M.Sc (MECH/CHEMICAL/BIO TECH/ ENVIRONMENTAL STREAM)

- Basic knowledge of products used in Waste water treatment

- Minimum 15 years experience, Leading Teams selling to Muncipalities.

- Expertise in Waste Water Treatment domain will be a huge advantage

- Should possess good relationships with various Municipal, EPC, Consultants and Contractors

- Should have handled revenue targets upwards of Rs 50 crores

- Proficient in the use of XLS, PowerPoint, Word. Should be familiar with CRM tools

- Fluency in English, Hindi and any other Indian languages
