Key Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy Development:
- Devise and implement innovative strategies to increase website traffic, optimize the customer journey, and improve lead conversion rates.
- Develop a roadmap to scale the online insurance portal, transforming it into a market-leading platform.
Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of six professionals to achieve and exceed business goals.
- Collaborate across departments to align strategies and ensure cohesive execution.
Performance Optimization:
- Analyze website metrics and user behavior to identify growth opportunities.
- Implement SEO, PPC, content marketing, and other digital marketing campaigns to maximize visibility and ROI.
CRM Implementation:
- Select, implement, and manage a robust CRM system to improve lead management, customer retention, and sales efficiency.
- Ensure seamless integration of CRM with other tools and platforms.
Lead Generation & Conversion:
- Build and manage lead generation campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and paid advertising.
- Develop strategies to nurture leads through the sales funnel, ensuring high-quality conversions.
Market Analysis:
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to keep the platform competitive.
- Provide insights and recommendations to adapt to industry changes and customer preferences.
Revenue Growth:
- Identify new revenue streams and partnership opportunities to expand the business.
- Work closely with stakeholders to develop and implement monetization strategies.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Experience:
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or online business management.
- Proven track record in scaling digital platforms and delivering revenue growth.
- Expertise in CRM implementation, lead generation, and customer acquisition strategies.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in SEO, Google Ads, social media marketing, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Knowledge of UX/UI best practices and e-commerce trends.
Soft Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
