Eucloid - Technical Lead - Enterprise Web Applications (5-10 yrs)

Job description :

We are looking for an innovative Technical Lead to join our team. As the Technical Lead, you will oversee Eucloid's technical team and all projects they undertake, analyse briefs, write progress reports, identify risks, and develop work schedules. You should be able to work with your team and inspire them to reach their goals.

To be successful as a Technical Lead, you should always be expanding your industry knowledge and be able to quickly identify problems. Outstanding Technical Leads are accountable, trustworthy, and able to build lasting relationships with their teams.

The candidate is expected to lead following workstreams :

- Manage the complete software development process from conception to deployment.

- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle for the production of software and applications

- Works with Frontend Developers to codes web pages utilizing XHTML and CSS and other computer coding languages, following industry standards

- Use expertise of JavaScript and front end frameworks to collaborate with developers, business partners, architects, and other groups to identify technical and functional needs of systems

- Determining project requirements and developing work schedules for the team.

- Delegating tasks and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals.

- Liaising with team members, management, and clients to ensure projects are completed to standard.

- Identifying risks and forming contingency plans as required

- Analysing existing operations and scheduling training sessions and meetings to discuss improvements.

- Keeping up to date with industry trends and developments.

- Updating work schedules and performing troubleshooting as required.

- Motivating staff and creating a space where they can ask questions and voice their concerns.

Ideal candidate will have following Background and Skills :

- 6+ years of experience in developing enterprise-level web applications in Javascript and CSS

- Prior experience working with teams running Agile methodologies

- Excellent verbal and written communication and collaboration skills to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, result-oriented environment.

- Basic knowledge about security concepts and secure coding

- Experience with leading cloud stacks, common datastores and services

- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager and other Adobe Experience Cloud products

Background :

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
