Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

Pre-Sales Activities :

- Collaborate with sales teams to understand client requirements and propose Oracle Cloud solutions.

- Prepare and deliver technical presentations, demos, and solution overviews tailored to customer needs.

- Develop proof-of-concepts (POCs) and respond to RFPs and RFIs.

Solution Design :

- Architect end-to-end Oracle Cloud solutions, focusing on Fusion Cloud implementations and migrations.

- Provide expertise in designing hybrid and multi-cloud strategies to meet client objectives.

- Ensure alignment of proposed solutions with industry best practices and client business goals.

Migration Expertise :

- Lead the technical design and execution of Oracle Fusion Cloud migration projects.

- Provide strategic input on data migration, integration, and cloud adoption methodologies.

- Address complex technical challenges and risks during migration and propose mitigation strategies.

Multi-Cloud Expertise :

- Integrate Oracle Cloud with other cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Leverage cross-cloud capabilities to provide robust, scalable, and secure solutions.

- Stay updated on multi-cloud trends, tools, and services to optimize solutions.

Collaboration & Leadership :

- Act as a technical advisor to clients, bridging the gap between business needs and technology.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including delivery, development, and support teams, to ensure seamless solution implementation.

- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP, SCM, HCM, etc.)

- Proven track record of executing 4-5 Oracle Fusion Cloud migration projects end-to-end.

- Expertise in multi-cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP), with the ability to design and implement cross cloud integrations.

- In-depth understanding of Oracle Cloud architecture, deployment models, and PaaS/IaaS/SaaS offerings.

- Experience with tools like Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), FBDI, ADF, and Oracle REST APIs for integrations.

- Knowledge of data migration tools and methodologies (ETL tools, Web Services, Oracle Data Loader, etc.)

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on performance tuning and optimization.

- Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders.

- Certification in Oracle Cloud or Multi-Cloud technologies is a plus.

Preferred Attributes :

- Experience with DevOps practices and tools in cloud environments.

- Familiarity with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Knowledge of security, compliance, and governance in cloud solutions.

Educational Qualification :

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
