Position Overview:
As a PPT Specialist (Logistics), you will play a critical role in creating visually appealing and informative
presentations to support our logistics operations. You will be responsible for transforming complex data
and information into clear and compelling PowerPoint presentations that effectively communicate key
messages to various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop PowerPoint presentations to support logistics operations, including but not
limited to Client proposals and presentations, Internal reports and dashboards, Training
materials for staff, Marketing collateral
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including logistics managers, data analysts, and
marketing professionals, to gather content and understand presentation requirements.
• Translate complex data and information into visually engaging slides, utilizing charts, graphs,
images, and other multimedia elements as needed
• Ensure consistency in branding, messaging, and visual style across all presentations.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in presentation design and apply them to
enhance the quality and effectiveness of our presentations
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and adhere to deadlines.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience 1-3 Years in creating high-quality PowerPoint presentations, preferably in the
logistics or transportation industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, including advanced skills in formatting, layout design, and
animation
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with
stakeholders at all levels
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced
environment.
• Knowledge of logistics operations and terminology is a plus.
