Key Responsibilities
Business Growth : Maximize the value of the ER product suite to sustain business growth and profitability.
Client Engagement : Contact potential clients via email and phone to set up meetings, deliver sales pitches, and win business.
Requirement Study : Understand customers manufacturing lines, processes, and controls architecture to assist in sales and proposal processes.
Proposals & Reporting : Prepare business proposals, quotations, offers, and sales presentations. Draft and review commercial contracts to ensure adherence to established rules.
Product Demonstrations : Hold product demonstrations for customers to showcase the value of the products.
Customer Feedback : Translate customer requirements into product features and communicate new requirements to the product development team.
Installation Support : Be ready to assist with product installations in case of urgency or unavailability of the technical team.
Product Deployment : Work with the product deployment team to validate product deliverables to customers and ensure timely delivery.
Customer Satisfaction : Track and resolve customer issues to ensure satisfaction and build strong customer relationships.
Upselling : Upsell services and products to enhance brand image and drive additional revenue.
Payment Collection : Ensure timely payment collection and follow-ups for outstanding payments.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
Qualification :
BE/BTech/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Science, IT, Electronics & Telecommunications Engineering, or related field with a strong aptitude for technically advanced products.
Experience :
2-4 years of B2B business development and sales experience in the automobile/manufacturing industries.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in B2B business development for vision camera/computer vision-based robotics products with proven success in product launches and revenue growth.
Skills :
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build rapport, resolve conflicts, and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and business mathematics.
Commercial and software application knowledge is a plus.
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and contribute in a lean team environment.
Networking skills and knowledge of the industry, both locally and nationally.
