- Patient Communication:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to patients with professionalism and empathy.
- Provide accurate information about Ayurvedic treatments, products, and services.

- Knowledge Application:

- Record Keeping:
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records and call logs.
- Update patient information and ensure all data is correctly entered into the system.
- Customer Service:
- Deliver exceptional customer service by being responsive, attentive, and courteous.
- Handle patient feedback and concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the Ayurvedic practitioners and other team members to ensure cohesive patient care.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new Ayurvedic treatments and products.

Ideal Profile
Requirements:
- Educational Background:
- Knowledge or certification in Ayurveda, or relevant experience in the field is preferred.
- Prior experience in a tele calling or customer service role is advantageous.
- Skills and Experience:
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate Ayurvedic concepts effectively.
- Proficiency in handling phone calls and managing patient interactions professionally.
- Basic computer skills and experience with CRM systems or call management software.
- Empathetic and patient-oriented with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Personal Attributes:
- Positive attitude with a genuine interest in Ayurveda and holistic health.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
