Human Resources Specialist (1-5 yrs)

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment across verticals.

- Participate in developing & enhancing the recruitment procedures.

- Responsible for the competition mapping, JD Repository & Banding.

- Maintaining the Recruitment & Resume Dashboard along with other related reports.

- Maintaining the open position on the company website, social media pages & hiring portals.

- Keeping pace with HR trends, and best practices.

- Keeping in touch with the team leads on the hiring front reducing the Cost of closures via. Vendors.

- Ensuring the hiring engagement via Referral policy Sending referral emails weekly basis.

- Campus HiringCreating the pipeline of the colleges, maintaining the relationship with them to create a pool of prosperous candidates in terms of interns & final hiring.

- Replacement Data CostingTo maintain replacement data in order to keep a check on the replacement cost lesser than the actuals.

- Assist with all internal and external HR related matters.

- Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures.

- Grievance handling.

- Onboarding & Offboarding.

Requirements:

- 1 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in Advertising & Marketing.

- Excellent verbal communication skills.

- Works comfortably under pressure and meets tight deadlines.

- Strong decision-making skills and problem-solving skills.

- Meticulous attention to detail.
