Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager - Legal & Regulatory Affairs

Role & responsibilities

• Manage legal documentation & contracts, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating and archiving contracts (Pharma, Cosmetic, Ayush category).
• Ensure effective contract management & carry out internal controls to ensure the application of processes & procedures.
• Review and approval of Artworks, Change Controls, Deviations, Label Change Requests etc., as per India Regulatory Norms.
• Review and assess regularly the established Business Ethics internal controls.
• Implement new approaches and standards as necessary to ensure effectiveness.
• Analyze the implications of industry, regulatory and other external factors and provide input.
• Advise employees and resolve their queries on legal & compliance issues.
• Advise on legal implications of internal policies and procedures.
• Ensure Data protection and Human Rights compliance and advise on the same.
• Ensure timely statutory filings as per legal requirements.
• Monitor, track & update changes in statutory regulations & Compliance.

Preferred candidate profile

• Knowledge of contract law, commercial transactions, and the pharmaceutical industry's general environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with contract management software or legal databases is a plus.
• Organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently or in a collaborative environment
