eSthenos Technologies - Senior Frontend Developer - React.js/Javascript (4-8 yrs)

eSthenos is looking for an experienced UI Developer who will help scale a proven fintech platform that already serves hundreds of thousands of rural households to get timely access to credit. As an UI-Developer , you will be responsible for delivering the best online user experience, which makes your role extremely important for our success and ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will be designing ideas using various methods and latest technology. You will be designing graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs, forms, and widgets

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Plan and implement new designs and improvise upon the existing once.

2. Optimize existing user interface designs

3. Test for intuitively and experience

4. Communicate with users to understand their business goals and objectives

5. Develop technical and business requirements and always strive to deliver intuitive and user-cantered solutions

6. Combine creativity with an awareness of the design elements

7. Create prototypes for new product ideas

8. Test new ideas before implementing

9. Conduct an ongoing user research

The ideal candidate would be one who:

1. Experienced in UI Development.

2. Proven work experience in ReactJS, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, CSS Frameworks and conventions (bootstrap).

3. Working experience with React.

4. Proficient in JavaScript, jQuery.

5. Good to have working experience in Angular JS

6. Knowledge of Usability Factors in Human Computer Interaction

7. Experienced in Frontend Architecture.

8. Good to have deployment experience in AWS
