Roles and Responsibilities

• Floating enquiry for items as per indent.
• Preparation of CS & placement of Purchase Orders.
• Follow up for timely delivery.
• Ensuring timely availability of material at sites during execution.
• Generation of E Way Bill & preparation of Challans for dispatch.
• Ensuring proper mode of transportation for dispatch.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Should have experience in a a Mechanical Contracting company in Purchase Department.
• Have knowledge of preparation of Challan, dispatch related documents & E Way Bill.
• Fluent in operation of Excel.
