ABOUT THE ROLE
We are searching for a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our OpenDoor team as a Trading & Investment Director. This is a Full-time position based in Bangalore. This role plays a crucial part in supporting WPPs mission to deliver consistency, delivery excellence and best in class service for Amazon in every country across its diverse businesses, including Amazon s Cross-channel marketing & Prime Video.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Day to day campaign/deal management across clients:- Deal Construction (existing and new channels identified) , execution (managing MGs and pushing for upgrades) and post analysis
- Managing Execution :- Planned Vs Actual Spot execution - Escalate to seniors as and when required
- Sponsorship Evaluations :-Post negotiation reconciliation and ensure smooth execution of all integrations/sponsorship
- Timely reports management
- Identifying opportunities for brand/client and keep sharing the recommendation with proper eval
- Delivering on agreed Buying KPIs across clients
- Be responsible for client s deliverables like Campaign Management, Competition analysis, Reports, Reviews, AOPs
QUALIFICATIONS
- With 8-12 years of relevant work experience.
- Bachelor s degree in marketing, Communications.
- Understanding of Media - TV, Print, Radio & Digital Display.
- Industry Software Knowledge & usage - BARC, Yumi, IRS, TGI, MAP.
- Understanding of digital tools like ComScore, Multi-screen planning, etc
- An Innovative Approach : in use of media, exploration of new forms of media and communication .
- Understanding of brand and performance objectives.
- Strong business process mapping, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to question & challenge team at all levels with confidence, to arrive at a clear and unambiguous view of requirements
- Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship management skills .
- Meticulous process & execution management
- Proactiveness in address and escalate when needed, on any issue that compromises the quality and timeliness of deliverables

- Postgraduate is a plus.
- Agency experience is preferred.
- Experience of working on a large client
