Campaign Executive

About the Role:

We are looking for a Campaign Executive to manage and execute marketing campaigns across WhatsApp, SMS, and Push Notifications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with CleverTap, Gupshup, or similar CRM tools and a strong marketing mindset to drive creative and effective engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute and manage multi-channel campaigns (WhatsApp, SMS, Push Notifications) to drive user engagement.
• Utilize CleverTap, Gupshup, or other CRM tools to set up, track, and optimize campaigns.
• Create and manage customer journeys and chatbots to enhance communication effectiveness.
• Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements based on key metrics.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with business objectives and audience needs.
• Ensure timely execution of campaigns with a focus on personalization and automation.

Requirements:

• 0 - 1.5 years of experience in campaign execution and customer engagement.
• Educational background in marketing or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with CleverTap, Gupshup, or similar CRM platforms is a plus.
• Strong marketing perspective with the ability to think creatively while executing campaigns.
• Basic analytical skills & strong excel skills to measure and optimize campaign performance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
