Key Responsibilities
Solution Architecture & Full-Stack Development
Define and design architectural frameworks for scalable, maintainable, and high-performance systems.
Build modern, responsive, and interactive front-end applications using React.js, Angular, or similar frameworks.
Integrate front-end applications with robust backend systems using Node.js, Express.js, and REST APIs.
Utilize cloud-native technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure) for hosting scalable solutions.
Implement microservices and CQRS patterns to ensure seamless data flow and system reliability.
Intelligent Automation & RPA
Lead the development and deployment of intelligent automation solutions using Robocorp and UiPath.
Build user-friendly dashboards and monitoring tools for RPA and AI systems.
Integrate real-time communication and control features using WebSocket and similar technologies.
Develop and maintain a scalable RPA platform that aligns with product-centric goals.
AI/ML Integration
Collaborate with AI/ML teams to design and integrate predictive models, NLP, and computer vision technologies.
Build AI-powered front-end components like chatbots, recommendation systems, and data visualization tools.
Leverage geospatial and real-time data APIs to deliver interactive user experiences.
Team Leadership and Stakeholder Collaboration
Mentor and lead a team of developers, analysts, and architects across front-end, back-end, and automation domains.
Promote a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize solutions, and align technical strategies with business objectives.

Required Qualifications
Technical Expertise
Proficiency in front-end technologies: React.js, Angular, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6), Bootstrap, and TypeScript.
Hands-on experience with RPA tools (Robocorp, UiPath) and agent frameworks.
Strong programming skills in Python, Node.js, and familiarity with Java or .NET.
Experience with backend systems, microservices, and database technologies (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL).
Proficiency with AI/ML tools: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and OpenAI APIs.
Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
Familiarity with version control tools like Git, CI/CD pipelines, and testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress).
Industry Experience
Knowledge of the insurance industry or similarly regulated sectors.
Experience in a startup or dynamic product-based environment is a plus.
Leadership and Communication
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive projects to completion.

Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications
Certifications in front-end frameworks, RPA tools, AI/ML, or cloud platforms.

Familiarity with building Progressive Web Applications (PWAs) and optimizing them for performance.
