About the Job:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Ecommerce Operations Lead/Head with a minimum of 5 years of expertise in managing and optimizing Amazon Ads campaigns. This role involves strategic leadership, team management, and a strong focus on delivering measurable results for advertisers. The position is available in Hyderabad, Bangalore, Delhi/NCR, or Mumbai and offers an opportunity to drive impactful campaigns in the e-commerce space.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Strategically optimize Amazon Ads campaigns to meet key performance metrics such as PPC, CTR, CPC, and CPA, while identifying opportunities for growth and efficiency.

- Lead post-campaign analysis and present actionable insights to clients and internal stakeholders.

- Manage and mentor a high-performing team, ensuring operational excellence and adherence to client objectives.

- Proactively monitor and adjust campaign pacing, performance, and profitability to achieve desired outcomes.

- Collaborate with clients to align advertising objectives with campaign strategies, fostering long-term relationships.

- Prepare and deliver advanced performance reports, dashboards, and presentations using tools like Excel and PowerPoint.

- Coordinate with internal teams, including Sales, Operations, and Finance, to streamline campaign execution and invoicing processes.

- Identify upselling opportunities to enhance client engagement and contribute to revenue growth.

- Establish and maintain strong partnerships with technology vendors to ensure optimal campaign delivery.

- Drive continuous process improvements and maintain detailed internal documentation for smooth daily operations.

- Uphold the highest standards of customer service and act as a thought leader within the organization.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in e-commerce operations and campaign management, particularly on Amazon Ads platforms.

- Proven expertise in optimizing performance metrics and delivering impactful advertising solutions.

- Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to manage and mentor teams effectively.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for creating compelling presentations.

- Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

- Familiarity with ad-serving platforms and campaign analytics tools.

- Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
