Assistant Manager Marketing

Purpose:

Looking for a dynamic and creative Assistant Manager who will assist in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and market research. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to grow in a technology-driven environment and has a passion for storytelling, market research, and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Management:

• Develop engaging content for various channels including social media, blogs, newsletters, and website updates.
• Collaborate with the product and sales teams to create case studies, product brochures, and presentations.

Digital Marketing:

• Assist in managing and optimizing digital campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook.
• Monitor social media traffic, analyze metrics, and implement strategies to improve online visibility and user engagement.

Brand Management:

• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing materials.
• Support the development of marketing collaterals for trade shows, events, and customer presentations.

Market Research & Analysis:

• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive analysis.
• Assist in preparing detailed reports on market insights and customer feedback to inform marketing strategies.

Campaign Planning & Execution:

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote Eruvakas products and services.
• Work closely with the sales team to develop strategies that align with business objectives and customer needs.

Event Coordination:

• Support the planning and execution of trade shows, and other promotional events.
• Coordinate with external vendors and partners to ensure successful event management.

Preferred candidate profile

• Masters degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5 - 8 years of experience in marketing
• Strong communication skills with a passion for storytelling and content creation
• Experience with design tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar is a plus
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
• High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
