Placement Officer

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Take leadership in the placement process of trained students from CareerSure Academy.
2. Work independently to identify potential new leads (organizations who will hire talent from us at no cost), build lists, and do the initial outreach
3. Schedule discussions, email follow-ups, and create proposals
4. Lead Generation, Cold Calling & Conversions
5. Have conversations with existing partners and stay abreast with their needs and feedback
6. Effectively translate partner needs into action
7. Organize existing partner data across the organization
8. Make sure all information is up-to-date and available to key stakeholders
9. Learn and experiment with new tools to help drive insights from the data
10. Work in close collaboration with the placement team to maximize student success
11. Work with students when needed to guide them in reaching the employer.
12. Extensive internet research across job portals and networking sites
13. Ability to deliver under pressure
