Sales Coordinator

Roles & Responsibility

• Assist the sales team in managing institutional accounts, including hotels, restaurants, cafes, and corporate clients.
• Process and manage orders, ensuring timely delivery and smooth communication between clients and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales, and service requests using CRM tools.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Horeca and institutional clients to foster repeat business.
• Regularly follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction, address any issues, and identify opportunities for growth.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests, ensuring a high level of customer service.
• Stay updated on trends and developments in the Horeca and institutional sectors to assist in identifying new business opportunities.
• Provide support to the sales team with lead generation, preparing quotes, and handling sales inquiries.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for management.
• Coordinate with the operations and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and accurate deliveries.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in managing stock for Horeca and institutional clients to avoid stock-outs or overstocking.
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company's products and services to effectively communicate their value proposition to clients.
• Provide training and support to new clients regarding product usage, promotions, and ordering processes.
• Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports, tracking sales performance, client acquisition, and retention metrics.
• Ensure all documentation related to sales activities, contracts, and agreements are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
