Dynamics CRM Developer (5-8 yrs)

Job Description :

Role and Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain Dynamics CRM solutions with a primary focus on the sales process.

- Design, implement, and deploy C# plugins to extend CRM functionality.

- Customize and enhance the Dynamics CRM on-premise environment using JavaScript.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Dynamics CRM.

- Create and maintain technical documentation for CRM customizations and plugins.

- Ensure the quality and performance of CRM customizations and integrations.

- Provide support and training to end-users as needed.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM (on-premise version).

- Strong understanding of the sales process and how it integrates with CRM.

- Proficiency in developing C# plugins for Dynamics CRM.

- Experience with JavaScript for customizing Dynamics CRM forms and entities.

- Familiarity with SQL Server and data integration techniques.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
