Technology Manager

Main responsibilities are:
Technology strategy development primarily in Artificial Intelligence, (however also has a good knowledge of Cloud Native, SW Technology, Serviceability, Security) which includes:
o trend decomposition,
o situation & portfolio architecture impact analysis,
o statement of wanted position in Portfolio, Engineering and Services and
o planning a multi-year strategy execution plan.
Technology strategy execution, includes:
o Definition of key strategic questions (KSQ). Leading the approved KSQ, end to end: from concept to business decision support and handover to Portfolio thereby translating the wanted position into committed actions.
o Carry out PoCs or be involved in Technology leadership projects to further proof point the technology trends. PoCs or Pilots artefacts should further be used towards industrialization.
Write white papers, blogs or prepare invention disclosures (IvDs) and also provide inputs to SA BOS direction architecture in the above-mentioned technology areas.
Close coordination and working with corresponding technology area experts from BCSS, ER and other relevant organizations within Ericsson.
Active participation in the technology strategy fora and boards within SA-BOS and BCSS.

Minimum Qualifications:
BSc in Engineering/Computer Science or similar, MBA is a plus
Proven track record of having significant in Artificial Intelligence & other technology areas.
AI Certification on AWS, Azure, GCP and others is a plus.
Experience or Knowledge of BOS domain
Knowledge of Standards such as 3GPP, TMF
Experience of technology strategy development is a plus
