Experience: A proven track record of leading recruitment teams in a multi-country, complex, and dynamic environment. Experience managing high-performing teams and driving a performance culture.
Skills: Expertise in stakeholder engagement and the ability to develop trusted partnerships with hiring managers and senior leaders. Excellent communication, decision-making, and critical thinking skills.
Education: A bachelor s degree is a plus but not required.
Personal Attributes: A strategic mindset combined with strong operational execution skills, especially in areas like data analytics, change management, and compliance. A passion for embedding DE&I into all facets of talent acquisition.High adaptability with strong results orientation, creativity, and resilience.

This recruitment process includes one initial phone screen, followed by two behavioral interviews and a case where we will assess the skills and behaviors we are seeking in our Regional Head of Talent Acquisition Delivery. In this integral role, you will have the opportunity to identify developing trends, problems and business requirements, and offer inventive solutions addressing these needs. Your duties will include designing, developing, and ensuring the deployment of strategies, policies, processes and tools within your area of expertise, managing global vendors and providing expert advice.
