About this opportunity
In this position as Integration Engineer, you will be focusing on deployment, integration and fix ofEricsson Packet Core products but you will encounter many different products and tools.
You will be working hands-on both with 4G and 5G packet core products such as MME, AMF,EPG- SGW/PGW, SMF, UPF, Wi-Fi Gateway, PCRF, EMBALMS-GW which typically needs to becoordinated with products from other telecom domains to facilitate actual phone calls and datatraffic.
These are running either on smaller local PODs running CEE/VMware/RedHat OpenStack or infull NFVI cloud environments. You will be a part of a very team with varied strengths withmembers on multiple sites working across time-zones.

Configure and integrate nodes and solutions into networks (new and existing)
Help creates effective solutions through activities in core network design, planning anddeployment.
Technical support, maintaining a stable environment and optimizing by continuousimprovements.
You are self-motivated with a huge strive to solve problems.
You love to learn new things and are a fast learner.
You enjoy working in a team, with people from various disciplines.
You know the fundamentals of data communication and IP networks.
Experience from Ericsson products.
Experience from telecom products and tools[GA1] [SD2].
Experience integrating and solve applications.
Experience from cloud and virtualization platforms.
Experience of automation in the form of scripting, using bash or python.
Ive moved it here as nice to have as I think it is too difficult to find someone withcompetences both in PCCPCG and UDM and IMS... [GA3].
You will bring
Minimum 5 years of experience working with telecom.
Hands-on exposure to 5GC (PCC PCG) network nodes (deployment, integration, tackle)
Hands on exposure to cloud technologies (NFVi, CNIS etc.)
Solid Linux knowledge.
