Job Overview:

- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Finance Manager to join our dynamic finance team.

- The Senior Finance Manager will play a critical role in overseeing and managing the financial operations of the company.

- This position will focus on financial planning, reporting, analysis, budgeting, and strategic decision support.

- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, a deep understanding of financial statements, and experience in driving business performance improvements through financial insights and analysis.

- The Senior Finance Manager will work closely with senior leadership and key stakeholders to ensure financial health, operational efficiency, and compliance.

- You will also be responsible for managing a team of finance professionals and helping to shape the strategic direction of the finance department.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):

- Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling processes, ensuring alignment with company goals and strategic initiatives.

- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership to drive decision-making and business performance.

- Analyze variances between actual and forecasted financial results, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.

- Develop and implement financial models for long-term growth, investment analysis, and scenario planning.

Financial Reporting:

- Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, including profit and loss (P&L) statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards (GAAP, IFRS) and regulatory requirements in the preparation of financial reports.

- Present financial results to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs), risks, and recommendations for improvement.

Strategic Business Support:

- Partner with various business units to provide financial analysis and strategic insights, supporting decision-making and business strategies.

- Assist in developing and evaluating investment strategies, acquisitions, and other financial opportunities.

- Provide financial insights for key projects, new product launches, and cost optimization initiatives.

Cash Flow Management:

- Oversee the company's cash flow, ensuring that there is sufficient liquidity for operational needs while maintaining optimal working capital levels.

- Monitor cash inflows and outflows, proactively identifying opportunities to improve cash management.

- Support treasury functions, including managing financing activities and banking relationships.

Team Leadership & Development:

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support in their development.

- Foster a collaborative and results-driven environment within the finance team.

- Ensure team adherence to best practices, policies, and procedures to ensure high levels of efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.

Compliance & Risk Management:

- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and internal controls, and manage audits and other compliance-related processes.

- Implement and maintain financial risk management practices to minimize exposure to financial and operational risks.

- Oversee internal controls and safeguard company assets, ensuring integrity and transparency in financial operations.

Process Improvement:

- Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes, improve reporting efficiency, and automate routine tasks to improve overall financial operations.

- Implement new tools and technologies to enhance the financial reporting and analysis process.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Experience:

- 4+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial management, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial or leadership role.

- Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, reporting, and budgeting.

- Experience in managing financial processes and supporting strategic business initiatives in a dynamic environment.

- Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP, IFRS) and financial regulations
