Responsibilities.

Act as a primary point of contact to ensure customer satisfaction, serving as both a customer advisor and advocate for the company.

Strategically plan and oversee project plans, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful implementations.

Generate weekly status reports and conduct regular status review meetings with clients to ensure transparency and alignment.

Identify potential risks and collaboratively develop and manage risk mitigation plans with clients.

Facilitate the implementation and support of Microsoft D365 at client sites.

Engage in business process discovery meetings with clients to evaluate their technological requirements.

Collaborate with clients, end-users, and management to comprehend their business and software needs, translating them into solution requirements, initial design concepts, and detailed specifications.

Provide proactive application reviews and offer recommendations for products or modifications based on client requirements.

Contribute to the creation SOW, deliverables, budgets, and initial project plans.

Deliver effective presentations and address inquiries from various stakeholders, including managers and clients.

Communicate proficiently across all mediums and organisational levels.

Ensure adherence to ERBrains methodologies by all project team members.

Offer supervision and leadership to the project team, reviewing work products to maintain ERBrains' quality standards, setting priorities, and providing coaching and feedback.

Oversee payment processes and conduct follow-ups as necessary.

Key Requirements.

Thorough understanding of Microsoft D365/ERP functionality.

At least three years of hands-on experience with Microsoft D365/ERP implementation.

Three or more years of project management experience in ERP/CRM projects, with a preference for Microsoft Dynamics ERP.

Proficiency in structured implementation methodologies.

Exceptional communication, planning, and organisational abilities.

Demonstrated proficiency in fostering strong customer relationships.

Ability to oversee projects using Microsoft D365 PSA and Azure DevOps.

Qualifications.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.

Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in project management and ERP implementations, preferably with Microsoft D365-.

Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to effectively manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.

Have experience in implementing various ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, or Epicor.

Certification in project management (e g, PMP) is a plus.
