Equity Dealer

Role & responsibilities

• Execute buy and sell orders in equities, derivatives, commodities, and currencies as per client instructions.
• Ensure error-free and timely trade execution while maintaining compliance with SEBI and exchange guidelines.
• Monitor client positions, margin requirements, and risk exposure to prevent defaults.
• Acquire new clients for equity, derivatives, commodities, and other financial products.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to enhance trading activity and revenue generation.
• Drive cross-selling of the companys distribution products to create additional revenue streams.
• Ensure compliance with exchange regulations, SEBI norms, and internal risk management guidelines.
• Coordinate with the back office, RMS (Risk Management System), and compliance teams for smooth trade settlements.
• Provide timely reports and trade confirmations to clients while maintaining transparency.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity in handling client data and financial transactions.
• Build long-term relationships based on trust, transparency and value addition.
• Work closely with research, operations, and compliance teams to deliver superior client experience.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to review portfolio performance and address concerns.

Preferred candidate profile

• 1+ Years in stock broking company.
• Proficiency in trading platforms i.e. CTCL (Trading Terminal).
• Preferred industry back ground: Stock Broking.
• Domain Knowledge: Sales/Wealth Management, capital markets, Investment Products.
• Goal-oriented with a focus on delivering exceptional client service.
