Job Description

This is a crucial role where you will take ownership of developing and managing innovative products that meet customer needs and align with business objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to drive the product lifecycle from conception through launch and iteration. Experience in fintech is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities:

Define product vision and strategy in collaboration with leadership and stakeholders, aligning with customer needs and business goals.
Own the product roadmap and prioritize features based on business impact, technical constraints, and user feedback.
Collaborate with engineering, design, and other teams to ensure successful delivery of product features, ensuring high quality and timely execution.
Lead product discovery processes, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements.
Use data to track product performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and guide decision-making.
Continuously engage with users to gather feedback and iterate on the product for improvement.
Mitigate risks, identify potential bottlenecks, and ensure successful product launches.
Strong understanding of technology and ability to work with technical teams is highly preferred.

Desired Skills / Qualifications:

Bachelor s/Master s degree from a reputable institute.
0-5 years of experience in product management, preferably in a technology-driven company; experience in fintech is a plus but not required.
Experience working with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, etc.).
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage projects in a multi-time zone environment.
