Automation equipment engineer

Role & responsibilities

1.LQ validation, performance improvement to meet standards (CT, yield, DT).

2.Safety, check compliance with safety regulations, and make corrections if 3.non-compliant (design joint review and safety management).

3.Performance optimization and improvement.

4.Daily line inspections and training.

5.Follow-up on equipment commissioning progress, feedback and tracking of abnormalities.

6.Abnormal equipment identification, repair request handling.

7.Abnormal material usage and replacement.

8.Procurement, usage, and replacement of consumables, commonly used spare parts, etc..

Preferred candidate profile

1. TOIEC score >500, good at listening, reading, writing, and speaking. Better for multiple language (espically Mandarin)

2. Have 3C product processing development experience more than 3years, prefer to experience with cellphone assembly process.

3. Have experience with plastic molding trial (LSR) more than 3 years

4. Long-term stay plan in India, have good communication skill and capability of anti-stress, be good in data collection and logical analysis.

5. Have experience with tool assembly, line qualification and product processing development.
