Automation Engineer 1

Role & responsibilities

1.Pre-modification inspection of equipment, purchase and replacement of abnormal materials 2.found during inspection.

3.Dismantling before relocation, reinstallation and debugging after positioning.

4.Level calibration of equipment, installation of modified materials.

5.Connection of secondary water, gas, electricity, and network to the equipment.

6.Installation and configuration of OEE and SFC (Overall Equipment Effectiveness and Shop Floor Control systems).

7.Pre-power-on inspection of equipment, verification of I/O (input/output) connections.

8.Testing of equipment motion mechanisms.

9.Debugging of robotic arms and barcode scanners, adjustment of equipment positioning.

Preferred candidate profile

1. TOIEC score >500, good at listening, reading, writing, and speaking. Better for multiple language (espically Mandarin)

2. Have 3C product processing development experience more than 3years, prefer to experience with cellphone assembly process.

3. Have experience with plastic molding trial (LSR) more than 3 years

4. Long-term stay plan in India, have good communication skill and capability of anti-stress, be good in data collection and logical analysis.

5. Have experience with tool assembly, line qualification and product processing development.
