Synopsis of the role

Experienced Data management professional with a demonstrated history of working in the financial services industry specially in Credit Bureau or bureau reporting with top lenders. Apt at Data Management end to end processing owning the entire process, systems people management, Customer relationship building, Credit Bureau Domain Knowledge, well versed or able to work with multiple complex and integrated systems.

What you ll do

• Review and Delivery of all deliverables for repository wise data processing for internal/external stakeholders
• Customer First Culture - Focus on customer needs and create customer experiences with quality as centre point.
• Driving managing team to consistently meet the business deliverables
• Addressing client escalations building strong relationships
• Managing the testing and transition of information download, data processing and data analysis delivery for all new clients
• Automations in bureau processes to increase efficiencies, productivity, TAT reduction, increasing customer engagements cost optimization
• Participate driving key meetings related to Data Ops to understand, suggests implement way-forward
• Reviewing the credit data analysis on SQL/multiple data analysis platform including Data Lever, Python, R, Tableau

What experience you need

• Work location of this role (You should be willing to work from our Mumbai Office)
• Qualification required for this role: Bachelors degree or equivalent
• Experience required for this role: 7-9 years of relevant experience
