We are looking for an experienced Program Manager with 2-8 years of work experience to join our team. This role is ideal for a proactive and strategic thinker with a passion for driving impactful projects. The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing central projects, business, and supply chain initiatives, collaborating with various stakeholders across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and drive central projects with a focus on strategic business and supply chain initiatives.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, product, tech and business teams, to ensure alignment and successful execution of project goals.

- Develop and implement project plans, track progress, and ensure timely delivery against objectives.

- Conduct data analysis and provide insights to support project decision-making and drive continuous improvement.

- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, facilitating communication and resolving issues to maintain project momentum.

- Anticipate potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project outcomes.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.

- 2-4 years of experience in program or project management, preferably within a fast-paced environment.

- Proven ability to handle complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
