Business Development Associate & Client Educator

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development

• Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities to expand QuantumStreet AIs client base.
• Conduct market research to understand client needs and align solutions with our platforms capabilities.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with wealth managers, institutional investors, and financial firms.
• Collaborate with the sales team to create tailored pitches, proposals, and presentations.
• Track and report on sales activities, pipeline, and key performance metrics.
• Client Education & Support
• Develop and deliver training sessions, webinars, and educational content to help clients maximize the value of QuantumStreet AI’s platform.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on our platform, answering client questions and addressing concerns effectively.
• Create user-friendly guides, FAQs, and other educational materials to ensure clients are equipped to use the platform independently.
• Act as a feedback conduit between clients and internal teams to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in Business Development, client-facing roles, or financial services.

Familiarity with AI-driven financial tools, wealth management, or institutional investment processes is a plus.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.

Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Self-starter with a growth mindset and a passion for educating others.
