With our support, Publicis Groupe agencies continue to create and deliver award-winning campaigns for their clients Overview Conduct outbound calls to Vendors & Clients to verify and update their banking details. Ensure all vendor information is collected, verified, and recorded accurately in the database. Accurately complete Vendor & Client onboarding/modification form Maintain strict confidentiality and security of all vendors financial information. Adhere to all regulatory compliance requirements related to vendor data management and financial transactions. Work closely with the finance and procurement departments to resolve discrepancies in vendor/client information. Provide feedback to improve verification processes and systems based on interactions and challenges encountered. Proactively educate Vendors & Clients on the importance of secure data management practices and compliance with financial regulations. Actively develop and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues both at an interpersonal level and across all business processes within the wider business environment. Actively maintain communication and behaviour standards that foster a culture of strong customer and service excellence both within Shared Service Centre and across all customer and supplier organisations.
