Job Brief We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Visual Designer with a passion for creating impactful, intuitive, and visually stunning designs. The ideal candidate will have advanced expertise in UI design, print production, motion graphics, and Generative AI (GenAI) tools, along with a keen understanding of design trends and etiquette. As a Senior Visual Designer, you will work across multiple design mediums, contributing to the creation of cutting-edge designs that resonate with users and stakeholders while maintaining the highest quality standards. Responsibilities Collaborate with the UX and creative teams to implement innovative solutions for product visuals and user experiences. Execute design projects across all stages, from concept to final hand-off, for digital, video, and print media. Leverage expertise all the mentioned tools with special emphasis on having thorough expertise in Figma. Capability in video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve), print production software (e.g., Adobe InDesign, Canva Pro), and UI design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD). Utilize Generative AI tools (e.g., MidJourney, DALL-E, EllevenLabs, Adobe Firefly) to enhance creative workflows and deliver unique design solutions. Conceptualize original ideas to simplify complex design challenges while ensuring a seamless user experience. Develop wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, and production-ready assets for digital interfaces. Design print collateral, including brochures, posters, and packaging, ensuring high-quality print output. Create motion graphics and video content using tools like Adobe Premiere and After Effects. Stay updated with the latest UI, meta, and social trends to ensure the designs remain innovative and relevant. Adhere to and promote design guidelines, standards, and best practices. Qualifications Primary Skills: Proven experience in visual design with a strong portfolio showcasing cross-platform expertise (UI, video, and print). Advanced skills in design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, and Sketch. With special focus on Figma/Fig Jam. Proficiency in Generative AI tools for creative ideation and production (e.g., MidJourney, Adobe Firefly, DALL-E). Ability to create innovative and engaging designs for UI interfaces, motion graphics, print collateral, and social media. Intermediate to advanced proficiency in video editing tools like Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve. Expertise in print design tools like Adobe InDesign and understanding of prepress processes. In-depth understanding of UI principles, meta trends, and social platform design standards. Intermediate to advanced video editing and motion graphics capabilities. Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate design concepts clearly and effectively. Strong problem-solving skills with a creative approach to design challenges. A keen eye for design aesthetics, usability, and technical detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables while meeting deadlines. Collaborative mindset with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
