Overview Good understanding and knowledge of software asset management and its lifecycle process.( Software Inventory Management , Monitoring/Auditing , etc.) Good Knowledge and understanding of various Software products and their licensing guidelines. E.g. Adobe , Microsoft, etc. Ability to analyze usage data and identify trends . Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Good Communication skills required since they will be interacting with people/teams across geographies . Experience with Asset management tools , like SCCM , JAMF , Service Now , other SAM tools etc. Will need to work on Service Desk Requests and in shift timings as per business needs. Qualifications Only Graduates
