What will you do?
- Epsilon Account Managers are experts in digital technology.
- They leverage their technical capabilities, commercial acumen and knowledge of the products to design and deliver actionable creative/product strategies and solutions bespoke to each Client partner.
- This involves launching new clients onto the Epsilon Digital platforms by managing and coordinating across all departments within the Epsilon Digital business.
- We are always looking for ways to automate to innovate whilst providing our clients with excellent service and support.
- An Account Manager at Epsilon is a unique and hybrid role within our company that combines aspects of digital technology, product and creative specialization, as well as business analysis and client management.
The role:
- Lead the Account Management function for the APAC region.
- Manage a growing team of Account Managers and Account Manager Specialists.
- Leading client integration onto the Epsilon Digital platform: designing, developing and implementing creative and technical solutions based on client and business requirements.
- Effectively manage own portfolio while providing support to Cross-Teams (+10 departments) in growing and retaining our client business through the provision of first-class service and implementation of innovative digital marketing strategies.
- Attend regular client meetings and build relationships with key decision makers.
- Understand client goals and ensure goals are met.
- Ensure that Quarterly Business Planning convey results that champion digital marketing and its impact on a client's overall success.
- Work successfully alongside the Commercial and Operations teams - from Sr. Leadership to new joiners.
- On-going support and optimisation of existing clients.
- Establishing and cultivating relationships with clients' teams.
We are looking for people who:
- Have 10+ years' experience, ideally in client-facing digital roles.
- Demonstrate a mastery of cross-team management across internal & external stakeholders.
- Experience building teams and developing direct reports into valuable contributors to the business.
- Relevant experience with project management processes and dependency tracking.
- Comfortable interfacing with Sr. Leadership - can explain and objection handle without concern.
- Experience in workflow management tools, RACI documentation, resource planning & budgeting processes.
- Is highly motivated, organised, positive and team focused.
- Possess expert communication skills, verbal and written.
