Job Description
- Adhere to project protocols, applying rules and guidelines to various document types using virtual platforms such as Relativity, focusing on entities affected by cyber incidents.
- Perform quality control reviews of completed documents, provide constructive feedback to team members, and facilitate effective communication through Microsoft Teams.
- Partner with the Review Manager to handle administrative tasks efficiently and ensure smooth project operations.
- Promote open communication within the team and with management, actively participating in virtual training sessions, updates, and meetings on Microsoft Teams.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 4-5 years of experience in the legal services or LPO industry, with at least 2 years dedicated to incident response (IR) or data breach management.
- Strong proficiency in managing detailed administrative tasks with accuracy and timeliness.
- Ability to mentor team members, offering constructive feedback to enhance performance and skill development.
- Expertise in conducting data investigations and resolving project-related queries effectively.
- Strong typing skills with exceptional accuracy to facilitate document review and processing.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, with a willingness to complete skills assessments and leverage technology for improved workflows.
- Highly detail-oriented with exceptional critical thinking skills for addressing complex scenarios.
- Self-driven and capable of working independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Open to feedback with a proactive approach to implementing continuous improvements.
