Job Description
- Research and run client conflict checks to validate and verify client matter documentation.
- Performs vendor risk assessments for net new and current vendors
- Supports external audits by identifying requirements, communicating deliverables needed, collecting data, tracking progress
- Support other Compliance Special Projects
- Bachelor s degree in law (LLB) is required.
- Minimum 2 years professional experience
- General understanding of governance practices and internal control application across processes, operations, and technology components
- Exceptional interpersonal skills; able to interface with all levels within a complex company
- Able to maintain high standards of confidentiality and professionalism
- Ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects and balance commitments / deadlines
- Strong written and oral communication skills, including ability to conduct interviews as well as draft clear and concise reports
- Conflicts of Interest, Vendor Management experience, and Salesforce experience a plus
