Manage invoice review entries, data cleanup and other key Legal Operations requirements.
Responsible for documenting the process SOPs and related business rules based on customer s (internal and external) needs.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
Run reports and perform analysis in Excel.
Develop and maintain data dashboards and reports to track key metrics and performance indicators.
Utilize data analytics tools to uncover opportunities for optimization and cost reduction.
Project Management:
Assist project teams in implementing project and change management activities.
Closely collaborate with the Project Manager and support them in project management activities.
Facilitate process modelling workshops, hold meetings, research processes, collect data, analyze information, document procedures.
Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, convert high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.
Document/analyze as is process and propose areas to improve efficiency.
Qualifications and Skills
3-5 years experience working as a Business or Data Analyst on a client level projects.
Requires a bachelor s degree. (Any)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
Ability to multi-task and work in separate projects in a fast paced dynamic environment and tight timelines.
Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.)
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Should be having a keen eye for details.
Learn, adapt and being comfortable working with multiple applications.
