Job Description

Job Summary:

The fulfilment executive manages the fulfilment/matchmaking of both load and lorry bookings, ensuring smooth process execution, including handling payments and addressing inquiries. The role requires active communication with both parties, offering to cross-sell opportunities, and coordinating closely with the operations team to ensure efficient fulfilment and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that processes and procedures are followed smoothly, and timelines are met.
  • Fulfill the requirements of new and existing customers by providing load and lorry.
  • Build a pipeline and maintain long-term relationships with prospects, creating strong customer connections.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
  • Receive and manage the allocation of verified loads.
  • Perform matchmaking (need to search lorry from the Vahak platform) based on priority.
  • Maintain the SLA and KPIs of the fulfilment team.
  • Communicate with lorry owners, assisting them in placing vehicles and making booking payments.
  • Offer membership benefits (discounts and perks) to lorry owners who still need to subscribe.
  • Promote and cross-sell additional services such as GPS, cargo insurance, and membership packages.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in the transportation and logistics industry is mandatory.
  • Proven experience in customer support or fulfillment roles.
  • Sales skills are essential, as the role involves cross-selling and promoting additional services.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Hindi is mandatory. Knowledge of any other regional languages is a plus.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Google Sheets and internal reporting systems.
